Frequently asked questions

We are dedicated to providing an excellent experience for every collector. Our commitment to affordability and speed, especially for bulk submissions, sets us apart. We're here to help you understand our process and ensure your valuable cards are graded with care and precision.

What types of cards do you grade?
We grade all sports and non-sports cards measuring 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches or smaller with a maximum thickness of 55pts. Autographed cards must be pack-pulled. All cards must be from a licensed manufacturer such as Topps, Upper Deck, Panini, etc. We do not grade custom-made cards, unlicensed reprints (counterfeits), in-person autographs, or altered cards. Ungradable cards will be charged a $3 review fee.

Do you offer bulk grading services?
Yes, Heroes Grading Society specializes in bulk grading services, especially for submissions of 100 cards or more. This allows us to offer you the most affordable pricing and efficient turnaround times. Please visit our Bulk Grading Services page for more details.

How fast is your turnaround time?

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, particularly for bulk submissions. Our goal is to get your graded cards back to you quickly so you can enjoy your collection. Turnaround times are 10 business days.

Heroes Grading Society is based in Palmdale, California, United States. We serve collectors nationwide, providing accessible and reliable card grading services.

How much does card grading cost?

We offer competitive and affordable pricing for our grading services, especially for larger submissions. Grading starts at $9 per card on an order of 100 cards.  More discounts are available with larger bulks.

How do I submit my cards for grading?

Request a submission form by email.  Fill out the form and include it with your cards.  Pack your cards well using Card Saver 1s.  We recommend using all necessary packing material to stablize the cards from movement during transit.

What if I have an ungraded card that is deemed ungradable?
Cards that are submitted but determined to be ungradable (e.g., altered, counterfeit) will still incur a $3 review fee per card. This fee covers the expert assessment of the item.
